GTA: Vice City Stories heads to the PS2?

Although there has no official press release yet, a quick look on the ESRB ratings website lists a PS2 Vice City Stories with an M rating. This can only mean that Rockstar submitted the title for review – so looks as if there will be a PS2 port after all
