According to the Official US PlayStation Magazine, Grand Theft Auto 1 and 2 are sheduled to hit the PlayStation Network in their original top-down perspective. The mag also mentions that Street Fighter Alpha is on its way to PSN.

No word on when the three titles will hit. Although, what’s interesting is that Grand Theft Auto IV is being released on a Thursday, the same day as Sony’s weekly PSN update. Is Rockstar planning to release the two classic GTA titles on PSN the same day of GTA IV’s release? Only time will tell, but it’s certainly not an unreasonable guess.
