Future Capcom Titles Will Have Trophy Support

Many developers are now jumping on the trophy bandwagon, yet Capcom, a staunch supporter of digital efforts on the PlayStation 3, has yet to release a single title with trophy support. That will be changing in the future, however. Over on the official Capcom forums, company VP Christian Svensson drops word that trophies will indeed make an appearance in forthcoming Capcom titles.
I will say that future titles are planning trophy support across the board on our US developed side and I believe the majority of our Japanese titles are also (I’m just hesitant to commit because I don’t have a complete list in front of me).
While Svensson avoided naming specific titles, he did add that previous Capcom efforts are unlikely to receive trophy support, mainly due to cost concerns.
