Famitsu: Final Fantasy XIII Demo Over 90 Minutes Long

Wow, double-wow. While we’re usually accustomed with demos giving us a brief taste of the full game, this won’t be the case with Final Fantasy XIII. Not at all. According to a recent Famitsu report, the demo of Square Enix’s thirteenth installment in the FF series, announced at DKΣ3713 last month as a pack-in with the forthcoming Blu-ray release of Advent Children Complete, is actually longer in length than Advent Children.

That means, at minimum, the PS3 exclusive demo will span over 90 minutes of play time. Better yet, it’ll be included on a separate Blu-ray disc, which should be import-friendly considering Sony does not enforce region protection on game media.
