It was revealed back in October that we’d receive a playable demo of Criterion Studios’ Burnout Paradise in time for the holidays. Today EA launched a countdown to the demo on the game’s official website, revealing a December 13 release date.

The full game is still scheduled to hit early next year for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on January 22.
