Analyst: PS3 price cut of $100 this October

Goldman Sachs analyst Yuji Fujimori is predicting that Sony will drop the price of the PS3 by $100 dollars this October worldwide. The claims are backed up by the recent removal of the Emotion Engine chip (PS2 hardware-based backwards compatibility).
