Activision has more content in store for trigger-happy Call of Duty: World at War fans, as the company announced today that a second map pack is in development.

Stamped for a June deployment date, this offering extends the multiplayer experience with three all-new traditional maps. Players will fight for control of a riverside bridge knee-deep in enemy territory in Banzai; hunt down foes across a wrecked Russian train yard in Corrosion; or engage in a close-quarter struggle on the submarine base of Sub Pens.

We’ve only begun to scratch of the surface. To appease fans of World at War’s addictive Nazi zombie mode, this map pack also includes a locale designed specifically for that gametype. Playable in co-op mode, players can face off against waves of undead swarms in the zombie-entrenched swamps of Shi No Numa. In addition to a series of well-placed traps, inhabiting this level are flaming Hell Hounds, Perk machines and the deadly, new Wunderwaffe DG-2.

To top it all off, for gamers hungry for rewards, the map pack will bring 10 new PSN trophies and XBL achievements. Pricing details have yet to be announced.
