It’s a well-known fact that Xbox 360 version of Madden NFL 08 runs at a smooth 60 FPS, while the PS3 version runs at a rather sluggish 30 FPS. Is this is a sign of things to come for other sports titles on PS3? The answer is no.

2K Sports PR Manager Anthony Chau has responded to the recent frame rate concerns and has said that its NBA 2K8 sports title will indeed run at a fluid 60 FPS on both the PS3 and Xbox 360.
