Runic Game’s Torchlight II received its first official gameplay trailer today at Gamescom which focuses on the new co-operative feature within the game. The lack of any form of multi-player in the first game disappointed many reviewers and fans alike. Runic Games has listened to their fan requests and have added co-operative gameplay in the sequel to their surprise hit of last year.

On top of the new co-operative mode, Torchlight II will feature a new storyline, over-world zones and customizable characters. The title is currently set for an early 2011 release.
