Cliffy B Affirms No Gears 2 On PC Stance, Blames Piracy

Back in August, Epic Games design director Cliff Bleszinski stated, quite adamantly, that Gears of War 2 was definitely not coming to PC. Speaking in a recent interview, he further elaborated on the heart-wrenching decision to stray away from PC development, highlighting serious piracy concerns as the core issue.
The PC right now is a fair amount different to what it was back in the day, with all the badly integrated video chips. Here’s the problem right now; the person who is savvy enough to want to have a good PC to upgrade their video card, is a person who is savvy enough to know BitTorrent to know all the elements so they can pirate software. Therefore, high-end videogames are suffering very much on the PC.
Right now, it makes sense for us to focus on Xbox 360 for a number of reasons. Not least PCs with multiple configurations and piracy.

They forget one thing...
Unless M$ have developers completely fooled into believing the 360 == PS3 (unhacked), of course...
We should get some people together to develop DRM for eyes - one that will block uninformed blaming of the results of a failing/crashing economy on piracy. I've seen 5 year olds come up with better BS.
