Tecmo In Trouble, Employees Sue

Things are heating up for publisher Tecmo. And not in a good way. A quick recap: Ninja Gaiden director Tomonobu Itagaki filed suit against the company for unpaid bonuses last month. Now, according to reports on various Japanese sites, two employees have filed suit as of June 16, alleging that Tecmo failed to pay earned wages.
The suit represents approximately 300 Tecmo employees and it contests that workers went without overtime compensation for four years. Just how much overtime? Try 100 hours per month. To add insult to injury, the suit contends that Tecmo has attempted to cover up the aforementioned allegations with falsified documents.

4 years at 100 hours per month ???
Did these guys not pay attention to there paycheck
and to how many hours they were getting paid for?
This sounds like some major exaggeration and is very hard to believe.
