Nintendo Applauds U.S. Stance Against Piracy

Nintendo announced today its strong support of the U.S. Trade Representative seeking formal consultations with China regarding its failure to meet WTO obligations concerning intellectual property protection and enforcement in China.
With the estimated loss of $762 million last year due to piracy, it’s not surprising that Nintendo is committed to preventing growth of this black market in China.
