Developer BioWare and LucasArts are planning to unveil their collaborative effort this month, according to a postcard sent out to selected members of the gaming press. The postcard candidly boasts that the “The wait is over,” further promising “the official unveiling of the game that’s been rumored about for years.”

The unveil of this mystery title, which in all likelihood is the long-rumored Knights of the Old Republic MMO, is scheduled to take place on October 21 at LucasArts’ headquarters in San Francisco. An official announcement regarding the title may come on or after the 21st, taking into account that private events such as these are often under a brief embargo period.
