Sonic RPG Incoming

The Gods have spoken. SEGA and BioWare jointly announced today that they are working on a new Sonic role playing game for the Nintendo DS.

BioWare is the developer of many top-rated RPGs, such as Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Jade Empire, and is currently developing one of the most anticipated RPGs of this year – Mass Effect for the Xbox 360.

Yes, this is nearly as exciting when Nintendo and Square announced Mario RPG for the SNES. Currently the game has no official title, so we’ll call it Sonic RPG for the time being, and its due out sometime next year.

Cool, I really hope this works out, Bioware's a good studio, and Sonic, IMO, would be a good subject matter for an RPG.

I loved Mario RPG:biggrin:.
