Mainichi Interactive is reporting that sales of the recently released Gyakuten Saiban 4, the latest Japanese entry into the series otherwise known as Phoenix Wright, took the charts by storm last week with around 250,000 units sold.

According to Capcom sales data, this makes Gyakuten Saiban 4 the fastest selling game in series history with close to 80,000 more units sold than Gyakuten Saiban 2.
