Continuing the seemingly endless barrage of Capcom news today is word that Mega Man Star Force 2, the next installment in Capcom’s action RPG series, will ship out to North American retailers in June. The game will be available in two distinct flavors, Zerker X Ninja and Zerker X Saurian.

Developed by the same team behind the successful Mega Man Battle Network series, Mega Man Star Force 2 takes place two months after the events of the original, with Geo Stelar and crew returning to do battle with arch rival Rogue and a host of “UMA” creatures.

Similar to its predecessor, MMSF 2 will feature online battles via Nintendo WiFi Connection. Additionally, players will be able to share cards and status upgrades with friends over the net or wireless LAN.
