Let’s get the bad news out of the way first: Atlus has pushed back the North American release of action RPG Legacy Of Ys: Books I & II to February 24, a two week delay. The good news? Each copy of the title will now ship in a premium box set, which includes a music CD of select tracks from both Ys chapters. This was originally meant to be a pre-order incentive at select retailers, but in an effort to better serve their fanbase, Atlus decided to pack the soundtrack with every copy.

What was once a pre-order bonus soundtrack CD is now packed in with each and every launch unit of the game. The whole package is boxed, making for that oh-so-collectible vibe that’s impossible to resist.

Never thought I’d actually be excited about a delay. Atlus rocks, no questions asked.
