Square Enix today sent word that its cross-platform multiplayer capable RPG Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time will hit the Wii and DS on March 24 in North America.
Echoes of Time tells the story of a young hero in search of a cure for a local village girl who has been fallen ill to a “crystal sickness.” He later ventures outside the bounds of his homeland to find a world where crystals are nothing more than artifacts of the past and no longer exist. The game features online multiplayer support as well as a wealth of customization features, in addition to a real-time battle system akin to the series’ previous installment, Ring of Fates.
