Square Enix announced today that the PC edition of The Last Remnant is slated for a Spring release in North America and European regions next year. While specifics were not provided, this particular version of the game will “include features previously not available on the original Xbox 360 release,” according to Square.
An original IP, The Last Remnant centers around protagonist Rush, an 18-year-old warrior in search of his kidnapped sister. Rush soon finds himself drawn into a conflict surrounding the Remnants, mysterious artifacts from a civilization of long ago.
