While it fell short of making a huge impact at retail this fall, the latest installment in Evolution Studios’ hit off-road racing series is enjoying steady sales. According to Sony Worldwide Studios boss Michael Denny, MotorStorm: Pacific Rift has sold over one million units worldwide since its debut in late October.
In terms of the other titles it was also important to focus on – the sequel to MotorStorm, we’re pleased with the high Metacritic rating of 82 per cent and it’s sold over a million units worldwide.
That falls in line with sales of the original title, which is now a part of Sony’s greatest hits line here in North America.
