Zinga Burga has released an update to his useful PSP XMB customization program. Known as RCO Editor, it allows you to effortlessly replace icons, sounds, text data, and page data found in RCO files on the PSP’s flash memory. New to this release is support for decompressed 3.40 RCOs, as well as some minor bug fixes and tweaks.
