Publisher NIS America sent word today that PSP RPG Mana Khemia: Student Alliance is slated for a January release next year.

Originally released on PS2, the portable version promises additional content, along with the ability to play with friends over ad-hoc connection. Additionally, a “Jump Start” feature is present in the PSP version, allowing players to install game bits directly to Memory Stick, resulting in faster load times.
