We knew that a release was near, and today Microsoft confirmed that Isopod Labs’ souped-up Vigilante 8: Arcade remake will hit Xbox Live Arcade this coming Wednesday.

Priced at a palatable 800 Microsoft Points, the game features 8-way local and Live multiplayer support, along with five brand-new destruction arenas and eight customizable vehicles from the 1970s.
