Mistwalker-developed Blue Dragon has yet to hit the states, but Microsoft today announced the first wave of downloadable content for this sprawling RPG. The content will feature a dungeon creator and will hit Xbox Live in Japan on April 27th for 300 Microsoft Points, rather than being free as initially expected.
