CWCheat 0.17 Rev B

Weltall has issued a bug fix update to CWCheat, the very popular cheat hacking application for PSP. Rev B fixes the MC manager function and database reloading, along with the addition of a cheatpops database.

Yaaaay for fixes to serious bugs I hadn't even noticed. Oh well. All the ones I noticed were fixed in Revision A.

Now we just need a way to rename or remove cheats for a game from within CWCheat. And I mean besides enabling USB from the CWCheat menu and using the CWCheat Database Editor on a PC to do the modifications.
