Call of Duty 4 Variety Map Pack Sale Hits PSN

The half-price Variety Map Pack sale that hit Xbox Live last week has now gone into effect on the PlayStation Network. Starting today at 2:00 p.m. PDT, gamers can download the set of maps for $4.99, down from $9.99. The deal runs through next week September 25 and to coincide with it, Activision is hosting a Double XP weekend specifically for PS3 owners of the game.
For those looking to face off against members of the Infinity Ward team, be sure to log on PSN during noon to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19. The full list of PSN tags you’ll need to add to your friends list can be found past the break.
