Despite reportedly suffering huge losses over piracy, Crytek still managed to make a profit off its PC exclusive shooter Crysis.

Speaking to those in attendance at the Games Convention Developers Conference in Leipzig, Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli reveled that the company spent $22 million dollars in developing Crysis. He added that overall the game was “profitable,” but did not say by how much.

If it wasn’t profitable I wouldn’t be able to stand here.

More proof that PC gaming is far from “dead.”
