HAWX Takes Flight In 2009, Hell’s Highway Pushed To September

Ubisoft has confirmed that its Tom Clancy branded flight combat simulator HAWX will hit store shelves in early 2009, according to a CVG report. In development at Ubi’s Romania-based Bucharest studio, the title was previously slated for a fall release.

A specific reasoning behind the delay was not given, though it’s safe to presume that the development team simply needed more time. Meanwhile, the Gearbox-developed World War II shooter Brothers in Arms: Hell’s Highway has been given a slight push from August to September 26.
