Bungie: Halo E3 Postponement Not A Laughing Matter

You’ve probably heard that Bungie had a surprise announcement regarding the Halo franchise prepped for E3, but Microsoft suddenly decided to postpone the announcement for another upcoming event at the last minute.

Bungie isn’t happy, to say the least. Speaking to Eurogamer, company president Harold Ryan expressed his disappointment over Microsoft’s decision, “[We are] always concerned first and foremost with our fans. Whenever we are prevented from exceeding their positive expectations it is not a laughing matter.”

Shortly before this report, Microsoft Xbox boss Don Mattrick reportedly said that Ryan simply laughed over the matter, agreeing with Microsoft to cancel the Halo unveil.

Oh snap. Talk about an embarrassing PR moment, this is definitely one for the books.
