Publisher Ubisoft plans to debut an all-new Mirror’s Edge-esque first-person shooter entitled “I Am Alive” at E3 2008, according to a report stemming from French site Gamekyo. Rumored for a spring 2009 release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, the title is an action survival type game, taking place during the aftermath of a devastating earthquake in Chicago.

Assassin’s Creed producer Jade Raymond is said to be spearheading the project. Assuming this rumor pans out, which it likely will, expect a 14-20 minute long video to be shown at the conference.
