Kurok PSP Demo

by Mike Bendel on May 23, 2008 @ 9:58 pm

Looking for a new, original homebrew game to play on PSP? Look no further, as developer MDave has released Kurok, a Turok-inspired first person shooter that utilizes a modified version of the Quake 1 engine.

Sporting fully 3D visuals and an ad-hoc multiplayer mode, the game casts players in the role of (cue drum roll) Kurok, who sets off to take revenge against a group of rogue militants that have somehow unleashed a torrent of ruthless dinosaurs onto his homeland. Note that this is a demo, so the single player campaign isn’t quite finished yet.

Chilly Willy says:

It's pretty much a TC of Quake, but still a great job. It takes a lot work to do all that graphics and whatnot.
