WiiFrii 1.23

Our friends over at WiiNewz have posted up a minor update to their software based modchip solution for Nintendo’s Wii. The update to WiiFrii should solve the incompatibility issues with Japanese D2B chipsets.
Update: Link updated with version 1.23, contains a couple more bug fixes.
