Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has confirmed that its recently-announced Go!View video download service will launch across Europe on June 30.
As detailed last month, the service has been developed in partnership with British broadcasting company Sky, and will offer high-quality downloads of TV shows and movies through either a pay-per-view or subscription-based plan. PSP owners will be able to download video content on their PC and then transfer it over to their handheld for portable viewing.
In case you missed the initial announcement, pre-registration for the service is now open at Sony’s official website.
