Previously penned for a September release, Media Molecule’s forthcoming world-creation title LittleBigPlanet will hit retail shelves in October, SCEE president David Reeves told members of the press at the company’s PlayStation Day event in London.

Sony CEO Kaz Hirai said that LittleBigPlanet will “revolutionize” the way folks interact with games.
