Borderlands Series Gets XBLA Sale Today

Have you delved into the world of Borderlands yet? If not, and if you’re an Xbox 360 owner, now would be the perfect time to do so as the series is currently discounted on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
According to Major Nelson, you can snag Borderlands, Borderlands 2, and the Borderlands 2 Season Pass for a lot cheaper than you normally would. This is all part of Microsoft’s Countdown to 2013 Daily Deals, and considering just how excellent this FPS/RPG series is, this is definitely a steal.
The holiday initiative prices the original Borderlands at $9.99. Meanwhile Borderlands 2 will run you $39.99. As for that game’s DLC, you can snag it for 1800 Microsoft Points. That’s almost $40 in savings combined.
