Platinum Games’ online-focused beat ’em up Anarchy Reigns has been available in Japan for a few months now. So far, it’s received a nice reception and positive critical praise. In the meantime, gamers in North America and Europe have been waiting for a local release date.

That wait is now over as Platinum has revealed the launch date and pricing for the upcoming brawler. Anarchy Reigns will be available in North America and Europe on January 8 and January 11, respectively. The game will be priced at $29.99, which is definitely an enticing cost.

Anarchy Reigns is set to land on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. If you’re looking for some beat ’em up action from the folks who brought us hits like Bayonetta and MadWorld, keep an eye on this one.
