The Unfinished Swan looks like an absolutely lovely game, and there’s no doubt that a massive group of individuals is ready to finally play this majestic-looking experience. In a post on the PlayStation Blog, Creative Director Ian Dallas announced that the title would launch on October 23 via the PlayStation Network. If you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber, however, you’ll have access to the game on October 16.

Developer Giant Sparrow also released the first of what will be a series of developer diaries. In this initial installment, we get  a glimpse at the game’s mechanics, as well as the dev team’s vision and challenges during the creative process of The Unfinished Swan.

Personally, I can’t wait to get my hands on this wondrous game, and I know I’m not the only person who feels this way. To get a closer look at The Unfinished Swan, check out our preview from E3 2012.
