Amazon Gives Away $50 To Early HD-DVD Adopters
by Mike Bendel on April 9, 2008 @ 2:27 pm

Better late than never, online retail giant Amazon is now offering $50 dollars in store credit to consumers who purchased an HD-DVD player from them before February 23. Best Buy announced a similar deal for its customers last month, so it’s good to see another big-name retailer finally jumping on the bandwagon.
If their records identify you as purchasing an HD-DVD player before the February 23 cut-off date, you should automatically receive a email from Amazon with the promotional offer code contained within.
