Tomb Raider Publisher SCi In Possible Takeover Talks

Share prices of SCi, parent company of Tomb Raider publisher Eidos, rose 20 percent today following word that the company has entered into talks of a possible takeover.
As of writing, SCi’s stock is currently at 60.5p, up from Thursday’s closing price of 50.25p. Rumors suggest that the company has received an 80p a share offer.
Time Warner, along with French-based publishers Infogrames and Ubisoft are being named as potential bidders.
