According to a Famitsu scan, the original Metal Gear Solid is scheduled to hit the PlayStation Network on March 21 as a downloadable PSOne title. Yes, that means you’ll be able to play it on either your PSP or PlayStation 3.

The download will cost 600 yen (around $5), which is the standard price for PSOne classics in Japan. No word on a US or Europe release, as usual.
