Wii Twilight Hack 0.1 Alpha 3a Released, Load Homebrew From SD Card

Team Twiizers have updated their infamous Wii Twilight Hack with support for loading homebrew applications straight from the console’s front SD card slot.

Additionally, the updated release adds support for the RZDJ version of Twilight Princess and SDGecko slot support has been removed in favor of USBGecko.

I think Version 4.0 patched the vulnerabilities that allowed homebrew to load on a Wii. I am afraid you will have to wait until a new method of launching homebrew will be found.
