According to a leaked Weekly Famitsu scan, the long-rumored Lost Planet Colonies is scheduled for a release later this year in Japan. Featuring a new female playable character (pictured above), the game is said to include online, cross-platform play between both the Xbox 360 and PC and will give players the option of playing as the bugs this time around.

Capcom is expected to make an official announcement later this week.
