Batman: Arkham City Ships 6 Million

The critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham City continues to be a financial boon for Warner Bros, with the company having announced that it has shipped six million copies worldwide. Revenue across its film and entertainment sector climbed to $12.6 billion, up around 9 percent over last year’s tally. We’ll take this as a cue that more Batman is on the way.
Rocksteady more than proved themselves with Arkham Aslyum, so we’re not surprised to see it doing so well. Still, it’s always great to see a licensed effort not take the quick cash-in route.
