According to the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu, SEGA is planning a PlayStation 3 entry in its popular, anime-influenced arcade racing series. Initial D Extreme Stage is scheduled for a Summer 2008 in Japan and is set to include online multiplayer in which 2 players may compete against each other. US release? Unlikely, but the PS3 is region free in regards to games, so you can always import.
