GTA V Announcement Trailer

As promised last week, Rockstar Games has released the first trailer for the next iteration in the GTA franchise: Grand Theft Auto V. The trailer gives very few details but serves up a lot of atmosphere and emotion. The setting seems to be very L.A. much like San Andreas but this time around, as indicated in several scenes, the city’s name is Los Santos.

After watching the trailer a few times, I'm loving the vibe.

Some things I noticed:

-Dogs

-Jets

-Planes

-Convertible cars (convert between hood/hood less)

-Workout benches

-Possible house buying

-a photographer who covered wars

Seems like they found a good blend of San Andreas and IV so it can be serious and fun

Level of environmental detail is actually amazing. I love the scene with the mountains too, nice sense of scale there. Best looking open-world game for sure.
