Sleek Fan-made PSP Mockup

Would you like the next PSP to look like this? The above photo is fan-made, concept design by 3D artist BluezPS. Quite a departure from Sony’s PSP Slim, this concept features a LCD screen which extends across the width of the unit and slides right over the top buttons. Very sleek!

Only gripes I have are with the two shoulder buttons on each side and the left analog nub, as it’s a bit too close to the D-pad. Overall nice concept though.

Iono if today's nano-technology(if it's nano instead of micro) lets us fit the psp's hardware into such a small casing yet...

Chilly Willy says:

He should have the "normal" PSP shoulder buttons on the top like the regular PSP, and then the two other shoulder buttons on the sides where he put both on his mock-up. Otherwise, it's pretty nifty.

Juliet says:

Good design. But it suits a "mylo" rather than a PSP. Looks difficult to handle.

UncertainGod says:

Reposition the shoulder buttons and that design is win.

If that's the PSP2 , I'll buy one just for the OFW:D

Sony! Hire this guy ! wonderful design, just adjust the L&R, maybe even tilt slightly the screen...and what about using it closed? maybe a touch-sensitive area?

Acerthief says:

It looks awesome. the double analog stick FTW. :D

Like previous posts, the shoulder pads can be replaced.

but it doesn't look easy or comfortable to hold onto. IMO ;)

looks interesting but i dont really see any way to hold it in my pocket looks like something to keep at home unless its smaller than what it seems
