Microsoft Cuts Price On 360 HD-DVD Add-on

by Mike Bendel on February 6, 2008 @ 7:23 pm

Microsoft has cut the price on its Xbox 360 HD-DVD add-on from $179.99 to $129.99. The price cut goes into effect today across Canada, Australia, the United States, and New Zealand. Buy the add-on now, and you’ll be eligible for Microsoft’s five free HD-DVD offer.

Not a bad deal, but not a good deal either considering HD-DVD is on losing end of the format war right now.

Sorry Mirosoft but HD-DVD is dying a slow and painful death. Might as well cut your losses and put it out of it's misery.
