According to Yahoo Japan, Mario Kart Wii is scheduled to hit retailers April 10 in Japan. It’s worth noting that nothing has been confirmed by Nintendo themselves in regards to a release date, aside from the very vague Spring 2008 release window.

Still, the date does fit into Spring at least. And retailers have hinted at an April release date in the past. Could April 10 be the real deal? Possibly, but only time will tell.
