Crysis ‘Remastered’ Primed for October 4

EA’s announced that the remastered edition of Crysis for XBL and PSN will launch on October 4. Previously only a launch window was known, so it’s nice to receive a firm date. The value-priced offering will run you 1600 MS Points or $19.99, depending on your platform of choice.
The title is billed as a full conversion of 2007’s PC hit, now running under CryEngine 3 with ‘all-new’ lighting techniques, effects, and performance optimization.
While it’d be a nice gesture, Crytek has not commented on whether it’ll bring the remastered version over to PCs.
