Homebrew developer Zx-81 has released an update to PSPIRC, an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client designed for use with the PSP. With PSPIRC, users can connect to any standard IRC server and chat away using an IR keyboard or the included Danzeff virtual keyboard.

Version 1.1.2 patches up a couple issues concerning IR keyboard compatibility, now correctly displays “/notice” messages and includes support for the “/clear” command.
